Job Description
As a Program Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver new products and processes. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Managing NPI projects and programs to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and with required quality and functionality.
- Leading global cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Delivering new products through the gate process.
- Supporting process improvement activities with the PMO Leader.
Additionally, you will lead a team of program managers to deliver projects and programs that support annual financial plans and objectives of the business. This includes developing program management talent to promote progression and increased responsibility.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :
A minimum of 7 years leading projects.A minimum of 8 years business experience.Experience working in two or more functional areas; Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and / or Operations.Microsoft Project expertise.Hands-on skills required for daily use.Experience running cross-functional projects.Experience operating within a stage / phase gate process.Global project management experience.Manufacturing product implementation experience.New Product Development experience.Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with :
Master's Degree.PMI-PMI or PMI-SP certification.
