Senior Program Management Specialist

Job Description

As a Program Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver new products and processes. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Managing NPI projects and programs to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and with required quality and functionality.
• Leading global cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Delivering new products through the gate process.
• Supporting process improvement activities with the PMO Leader.

Additionally, you will lead a team of program managers to deliver projects and programs that support annual financial plans and objectives of the business. This includes developing program management talent to promote progression and increased responsibility.
