Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demand, production, and supply plans to align with customer needs and business goals.
- Oversee supply chain operations , ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Manage logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs compliance.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels , implementing methodologies such as JIT, MRP, and Kanban .
- Define, track, and improve KPIs (OTIF, lead time, cost optimization, and efficiency).
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams in planning, logistics, and warehousing .
- Implement and leverage digital tools such as ERP, WMS, and TMS for process optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery performance, and enhance sustainability.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields .Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in planning and logistics management , preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.Proven expertise with :WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)TMS (Transportation Management Systems)Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).English Advanced
