📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand, production, and supply plans to align with customer needs and business goals.
• Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Manage logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs compliance.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, implementing methodologies such as JIT, MRP, and Kanban.
• Define, track, and improve KPIs (OTIF, lead time, cost optimization, and efficiency).
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams in planning, logistics, and warehousing.
• Implement and leverage digital tools such as ERP, WMS, and TMS for process optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery performance, and enhance sustainability.
