Logistics and Planning Director

Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials. Manage logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs compliance. Monitor and optimize inventory levels, implementing methodologies such as JIT, MRP, and Kanban. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams in planning, logistics, and warehousing. Implement and leverage digital tools such as ERP, WMS, and TMS for process optimization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery performance, and enhance sustainability. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in planning and logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries. WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). English Advanced
