Oversee the operational management of a region in Mexico, ensuring excellence and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.
This role involves conducting regular point of sale visits to ensure operational consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, as well as mentoring managers and staff on customer service techniques and performance improvement.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing point of sales performance, implementing weekly operational directives, and supporting point of sale coverage during emergencies or high-traffic periods.
Additionally, this role requires coordinating physical inventories, reviewing inventory results, and identifying solutions to improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
The Regional Manager will also conduct interviews for new hires, propose staffing structural changes when needed, and oversee scheduling and time control approvals.
Reporting and communication are key aspects of this role, with regular updates provided to the Mexico Operations Manager and Finance Manager on market trends, corner needs, and operational updates.
A detailed report is required on corner visits, inventory performance, customer service metrics, and construction progress.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in visual merchandising and brand standards.
