We are expanding our legal department and we’re looking for a talented and experienced professional to be the Senior Lawyer. You will be responsible to keep in touch with external suppliers, give advice about Mexico and LATAM and create new processes for our inVision projects.

This position is based Mexico City, Mexico.

What you will do :

• Legal research : conducting complex legal research and analysis for implementation of educational, cultural, sports and other socially oriented impact projects;
• Legal support of launches : leading legal support of projects launches in the LATAM region;
• Legal advisory : providing expert legal advice on the topics related to non-profit projects and initiatives; reviewal of publications and marketing materials;
• Regulatory monitoring : monitoring relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting impact projects in the countries of presence;
• Drafting and reviewing terms of use, policies and contracts, including services, sponsorship, cooperation, donation agreements and others;
• Oversight of legal compliance : working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure impact projects’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Corporate support of NGOs.
