This senior management level role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic leadership, and a proven track record of driving new orders growth through innovative sales strategies and high-performance team leadership.
Experience working with oilfield service companies, midstream operators, or downstream facilitiesThe ideal candidate brings strong experience in energy markets, distributed generation, and oil & gas applications—along with the ability to build strategic partnerships with customer and internal stakeholders and close high-value deals across complex technical markets.How You'll Make An ImpactStrategic Leadership & Market Development : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for distributed generation and oil & gas verticals, define new orders targets and growth KPIs, while collaborating with executive leadership on market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategiesBusiness Development & Partnership Building : Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets, build and manage strategic partnerships with major industrial clients and strategic vendors, and represent the company at key industry events and conferencesHigh-Performance Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams including regional leaders and stakeholders, setting performance standards and managing accountability through structured reporting and pipeline reviewsCulture & Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all sales organizations and strategic initiativesKey Account & Customer Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions that meet both technical and commercial client needsStrategic Advisory & Complex Negotiations : Serve as strategic advisor in complex negotiations and long-cycle sales engagements, leveraging deep industry expertise to close high-value dealsWhat You BringEducation & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in distributed generation and / or oil & gas marketsProven success managing national or international sales teamsTechnical Knowledge : Deep understanding of technologies including gas turbines, steam turbines, and generatorsExperience working with oilfield service companies, midstream operators, or downstream facilitiesStrong grasp of distributed generation and oil & gas applicationsExecutive Competencies : Strong financial acumen and experience managing large, multi-million-dollar dealsExceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs.About The Team Gas ServicesOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
