About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will become a strategic partner to the CEO and take full ownership of the marketing function.
You will be the key person responsible for building the marketing strategy, managing the team, and driving company growth.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Cross-functional marketing team leadership
- Manage a team of SMM specialists, media buyers, email marketers, and content creators
- Create clear briefs and tasks for designers and copywriters
- Coordinate workflows between Marketing ↔ Sales ↔ Product
- Ensure quality and timely execution across all marketing activities
Content strategy & production
Develop and oversee the content strategy across all channelsLead the creation of client case studies (we have 100+ success stories!)Adapt marketing and educational content for new markets (EU, US)Maintain a consistent tone of voice and content qualityGrowth & lead generation

Must Have
Experience in EdTech or SaaS — 2+ years
Strong understanding of how educational / SaaS funnels workB2C marketing experience in career / learning segmentsExperience with performance metrics and ROI-oriented marketingHigh-growth startup experience
