We have a culture of inclusion, passion, and transparency, breaking away from the traditional, rethinking the way we work, and we are committed to excellence in our service and the safety of our passengers.Join #GenteViva and let's fly higher together About The RoleAs aPoint of Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible of the strategic and effective addition to the entire sales management, working towards the achievement of established goals and objectives through effective leadership of assigned agents, fulfilling the functions of using tools and proper control of sales reports.Your Derivables Will BeProvide front-line customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive passenger experience.Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring alignment with company standards and values.Track, monitor, and report on sales targets and KPIs to ensure goals are consistently achieved.Maintain strong control over daily revenue, including handling and securing cash flow.Extract and visualize key business data to generate insights.Develop team-specific objectives and incentive dynamics to drive performance and motivation.Collaborate with your leader in the design and execution of broader strategic goals.Our Ideal CandidateHas 1+ years of experience in similar roles, with proven success in team leadership and frontline operations.Brings strong customer service skills.Thrives in goal-driven environments, is results-oriented, and committed to personal and team success.Experience with Navitaire or Skyspeed systems is desirable.Knowledge of intermediate Excel for data analysis and reporting.English at a conversational level.
