We are seeking anexperienced Salesforce Developerwith8+ years of hands-on expertisein designing, customizing, and scaling Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce applications, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that support global business needs.What you'll do?
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.Customize and configure Service Cloud (case management, contracts, knowledge base, console).
Implement and optimize Omni-Channel routing and reporting for efficient case distribution.Configure Salesforce using standard functionalities (custom fields, objects, workflows, dashboards, reports).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (Aura / LWC), Visualforce, and REST / SOAP integrations .
Support UAT, perform unit testing, and maintain existing Salesforce applications.Provide operational support for Salesforce Community, KB, and IVR.Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features.Skills & requirements8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Omni-Channel setup.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL / SOSL .
Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP, middleware).
Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Git.Salesforce certifications are a plus (Platform Developer I / II, Service Cloud Consultant).
Nice to have?
CTI integration and case escalation automation experience.Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.Exposure to Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.What we offer?
