At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance on product installations in overseas regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver equipment service and technical assistance to customers in designated areas.
• Conduct customer service training and ensure adherence to internal company processes.
• Manage spare parts inventory and provide timely quotations and support.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and manage daily tasks.

Requirements :

• Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, preferably with cranes or hoists.
• Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems is essential, with certifications a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is required, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
• Demonstrate flexibility, proactivity, and a passion for hands-on work.
