Join Our Team at Daikin

We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to join our team based in Mexico City (Polanco) .

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving the expansion of HVAC after-sales business across Latin America, with a strong focus on pipeline management, service sales growth, and solution business development. This role requires proactive engagement with regional offices and distributors, ensuring consistent service proposals and sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth of service solutions and maintenance contracts.
Pipeline management across regional offices.
Develop and enhance service solution offerings.
Promote maintenance.
Train and support.
After sales service offerings.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of service sales.

Advance English proficiency (spoken and written).

Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience in sales and after sales services.

Nice to have :

Regional experience in Latin America.

Experience in HVAC
