Availability to stay in NEBRASKA for 6 monthsMandatory 10 years' experience as Quality EngineerAbout the rol : Responsible for optimizing and improving industrial procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.Responsibilities : Implement work operation documents in the processes assigned at Amvian Mexico : Responsible for flowcharts, PFEMA, standard operation sheets, poka-yoke, setup, and recording production line parameters. Responsible for time tracking and capacity analysis based on production line balancing. Implement process improvements to reduce PFEMA RPN and improve cycle time for the processes under their responsibility. Responsible for defining and improving material flows and cyclical supply on the production line to achieve the line's production target. Responsible for the layout and movements of the production line to improve flows and process efficiency. Calculating the required MOD according to the production forecast for the areas under his responsibility. Updating production targets, demonstrating cycle time, and implementing tools to improve processes and cycle time speed. Verifying parameter lists and updating them if a change in the implementation of process improvements is approved.
