Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Engineering Manager to lead our engineering operations in Saltillo, Mexico. This role requires a proven leader with deep technical expertise in CNC machining and the ability to drive excellence across estimating, advanced engineering, and production engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating

• Review customer RFQs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Develop accurate cost and time estimates for CNC machining projects.
• Partner with sales and operations to provide competitive quotes and ensure profitability.
