Cnc Process Engineer

This role requires a proven leader with deep technical expertise in CNC machining and the ability to drive excellence across estimating, advanced engineering, and production engineering functions.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating

• Review customer RFQs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Develop accurate cost and time estimates for CNC machining projects.
• Partner with sales and operations to provide competitive quotes and ensure profitability.Advanced Engineering
• Lead process development for CNC parts and assemblies.
• Introduce advanced machining strategies, tooling, and automation.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and prototype development.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.Production Engineering
• Oversee process planning and optimization for CNC production runs.
• Ensure quality, throughput, and cost targets are achieved on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in machining processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians.Qualifications
• Must have passion for CNC machining work
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 8+ years of CNC machining and engineering leadership experience.
• Strong background in cost estimating, process development, and production engineering.
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish / English).
