Advanced knowledge in Lean Manufacturing : 5S, SMED, VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke
Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, advanced Excel)
Experience in ERP or MES systems implementation (desirable)
Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams
Effective communication and presentation skills
Adaptability and proactiveness in the face of challenges
