Job Responsibilities :

• Understand customer's existing network; then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customer
• Design the most appropriate solution based on product portfolios and solution template according to customer needs
• Present technical design / RFP in a complete and well-illustrated manner to customer
• Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market
• Work with different team in different time zone internally to ensure service delivery meet customer requirement
• Responsible for provisioning & testing customer IP transit, MPLS VPN, IPX services as well as backbone circuits
• Responsible for trouble-shooting carrier-level backbone and enterprise customer networking issues
• Responsible for Global IP network traffic engineering
• Responsible and / or participate in optimizing IP network infrastructure
• Oversee and / or participate in scheduled maintenance & hot-cut
• Work with the network department in Hong Kong for day-to-day operations as well as work with third party venders for equipment upgrade
• Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor
