What you’ll do
As a Solutions Engineering (SE) Manager for the LATAM region at Cloudflare, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for supporting the full sales lifecycle and delivering technical excellence across our customer base. This leadership role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to drive business growth in partnership with the Sales organization.
You will manage a geographically distributed team of Solutions Engineers (SEs) located across the US and Mexico, providing coverage for all LATAM countries. Your team will work closely with Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Public Sector Sales teams, as well as other GTM teams including extended organizations such as Professional Services, Customer Success and Channel teams, to ensure customers fully realize the value of Cloudflare’s solutions.
