System Engineering Manager

The Manager, Systems Engineering is a mission focused individual that leads a team of professionals committed to running core infrastructure systems at scale. The Systems Engineering team designs, implements, and maintains IT infrastructure services that operate on-premises and in the cloud. This role ensures consistent staff development by leveraging existing skills within the team as well as developing the skills necessary to ensure staff professional progress. A natural curiosity, the ability to perceive difficult problems as hurdles that can be overcome, along with an outward positive attitude are critical to ensuring success within this role. Applications necessary for the eradication of cancer and the suffering it causes depend on the infrastructure systems and services managed by this team, and the person in this role both understands and can effectively articulate that fact.
