The Role

The Cloud Field Engineering Manager oversees line management, technical presales, and project delivery. You will develop engineering talent, represent your team technically, and collaborate with other teams and customers. Active participation in presales is expected.

Location

This is a home-based role managing a team in your time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services.
• Solve customer problems and act as a trusted advisor.
• Work remotely within a major time zone.
• Coach, mentor, and provide career feedback.
• Identify and measure team health indicators.
• Implement disciplined engineering processes.
• Represent your team and products to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Develop and promote engineering and organizational practices.
• Plan and manage progress on goals and projects.
• Participate in leadership and collaboration activities.
