This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing high-performing teams and shaping sourcing strategies that support Carrier's global success.Key Responsibilities : Providing strategic leadership and oversight for assigned commodities to maximize business valueLeading and mentoring cross-functional sourcing teams to achieve operational and financial goalsConducting operational and spend analysis, and executing annual sourcing strategiesDriving supplier negotiations, performance management, and operational supportAwarding contracts within spending limits and identifying new qualified sources of supplyPartnering with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve strategiesAnalyzing supplier operations to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performanceDeveloping strategic plans for commodities or key suppliersManaging relationships with one or more strategic accounts within assigned commoditiesLeading the sourcing process from RFQ to contract signatureEnsuring supplier performance meets delivery, quality, and cost expectationsRequirementsWe are looking for people who are strategic, analytical, and collaborative leaders.
