Monitor Engineer (Dyantrace)

TCS is looking for a Monitor Engineer (Dynatrace)

Work modality : Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Job summary :

• Min. 2 years of experience with Dynatrace and Nagios
• Intermediate English
• Monitoring Engineer for QA environments, using tools like Dynatrace, Nagios.
• Report and follow up issues detected until solved with responsible areas like infrastructure, security etc.
• Support configuring alerts (if required)
• Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
• Support to monitor during performance test to identify potential issues.
• Participate in meetings with diverse groups like Development, Infrastructure, Security, other vendors.
