The Account Director will serve as the day-to-day senior contact for clients, overseeing project execution while identifying opportunities to grow the business and enhance creative impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Translate client business objectives into clear briefs and actionable marketing strategies.
• Manage and oversee campaign development across channels (digital, social, traditional, CRM, etc.).
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Drive account planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities and participate in new business development efforts.
• Mentor and support junior account team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
• Keep clients informed about industry trends, consumer insights, and relevant innovations.
