Network Specialist

The Main Purpose of the Role :

A NOC Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting an organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. They serve as the first line of defense against network disruptions and play a critical role in maintaining business continuity.

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (computing, cloud, networking)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Auvik)
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, 24 / 7 environments
• Mobility, willingness to learn and enjoy working on projects.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
