Overview

The Sales Solution Engineer 3 is responsible for providing technical and / or industry expertise to the sales team and customers in the pre‑sales process. This is a remote position in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for complex customer engagements, applying extensive knowledge of solutions and / or verticals.
• Lead customer pre‑sales meetings, identify technical requirements, and formulate solution strategy.
• Create a demonstration of the solution strategy, applying solutions knowledge, experience and best practice knowledge.
• Present demonstration of proposed solution to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy‑in.
• Coordinate meeting with global services to transition key information; remain actively involved in process to ensure seamless transfer of customer information.
• Compose internal documentation that fully reflects all activity related to the solution strategy.
• Provide technical responses for request for proposals (RFPs).
• Take proactive measures to identify and improve internal efficiencies and grow knowledge of the team; remain current on best practices and market trends.
• Present at trade shows, conferences and events.
• Work with development in support of solution enhancements.
• Provide guidance to other team members.
