THE ROLE
As part of our global Enablement function, you’ll play a key part in shaping the learning and onboarding experience for our sales organization. From managing content in HighSpot and building engaging learning journeys to collaborating with marketing and content owners on impactful enablement materials, you’ll help ensure our teams have everything they need to succeed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build, organize, and maintain learning journeys and digital pages in HighSpot
- Partner with content owners and marketing to structure and manage the content lifecycle
- Support creation of engaging enablement assets - videos, talk tracks, and more (AI tools welcome!)
- Provide onboarding guidance to new hires : connect, coordinate, and help them hit the ground running
- Collaborate closely with the Enablement Leader to execute against our enablement strategy and vision
