Epicor is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Product Manager to join our Grow AI team. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical discovery process and identifying the most effective AI / ML technologies to solve complex business challenges. You will play a key role in evaluating and narrowing potential solutions, then partnering with development teams to bring them to life.

What you will be doing :

Partner with the AI Product Manager to define and drive the strategic direction of AI / ML initiatives within the Grow portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Lead the technical discovery process by exploring, evaluating, and validating AI / ML technologies and approaches.

Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable tasks in Jira.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders—to ensure shared understanding of goals and deliverables.

Conduct feasibility studies with the Product Manager to validate and prioritize potential solutions.

Manage and prioritize the AI / ML solution pipeline, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.

Stay current with advancements in AI / ML research, frameworks, and industry trends to inform innovation.

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout implementation.

Leverage data analytics to measure impact, identify areas for improvement, and continuously optimize AI / ML performance.

Partner with the AI Product Manager to mentor and inspire a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you will likely bring :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on AI / ML technologies.

Solid understanding of AI / ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.#LI-MA1 #LI-HYBRID
