The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration (HR), Labour Psychology or similar, minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles, strong understanding of Mexican labour law, and proven ability to manage HRIS and payroll with precision.
Native Spanish and conversational English (B1–B2) are required, as well as experience working in diverse, multicultural and multilingual environments.
