Business Process Quality work focuses on developing, identifying, analyzing, and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not related to manufacturing), including : Applying process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies / productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.
Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap / problem analysis, etc.
Planning, implementing, quality assurance, and compliance processes.
Some organizations may include supporting the development of training and / or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures.
Includes Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen practitioners working in a non-manufacturing environment.
How you ´ll make an impact
Represents the company regarding all matters of quality.
Manages and updates the Company Management Manual.
Co-ordinates the definition and distribution of Company Procedures.
Plans and supervises Quality System Audits and evaluates any necessary corrective actions.
Provides necessary assistance and technical expertise to other Company Units and projects regarding quality matters.
f) Evaluates the Quality Systems of suppliers and subcontractors during the pre-qualification phase.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
Experience in a QA Management Role within an Engineering / Manufacturing site or similar industry, or experience in QA in a similar field, and a relevant formal qualification would be preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
Membership of relevant professional body – (Chartered Quality Institute)
Certified in quality sistems and related
Must have training in internal and external auditing to ISO
Knowledge and experience in an Integral Quality System
Ten (10) years of experience in related functions.
