As the Latin American Regional Tax Manager, you will :
Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance for all Latin American countries.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global and regional tax policies, trends, and regulations.
Offer professional guidance and support to local teams on tax compliance matters, tax law interpretation, and interactions with tax authorities.
Develop and implement training plans to enhance the tax capabilities of the Latin American team.
Minimum Qualifications :
Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Latin American countries, including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with tax authorities, HQ, and local teams.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with regional and local teams to achieve shared tax objectives.
