Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Copilot Studio solutions to support automation, reporting, and knowledge discovery scenarios.
- Develop and optimize prompts, flows, and topics for natural language–based interactions.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and connectors for Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and document summarization workflows within Copilot Studio.
- Create workflow automations using Power Automate, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Perform scenario testing, security validation, and access control configuration aligned to governance requirements.
- Support the development of metadata tagging, data source mapping, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal enablement teams for user training and adoption.
- Participate in defining success criteria, testing acceptance, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Copilot solutions across departments.
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in Microsoft cloud development, automation, or Power Platform engineering.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate, and Power Apps.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).Experience configuring API and data connectors to systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow.Knowledge of AI prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and data governance concepts.Familiarity with RAG, semantic search, and document summarization use cases.Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Dataverse, and role-based access control (RBAC).Excellent troubleshooting and testing skills for Copilot Studio and Power Automate environments.English proficiency (B2+ level) for collaboration with global stakeholders.
