Descripción del trabajoProven experience in IT staffing / consulting selling directly to clients. Demonstrated history of signing client accounts and growing them into sustained revenue. Strong understanding of client onboarding, procurement / vendor management processes, and supplier diversity programs. Ability to open doors with decision-makers (Directors, VPs, Procurement, HR, IT leaders). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven experience in IT staffing / consulting selling directly to clients. Demonstrated history of signing client accounts and growing them into sustained revenue. Ability to open doors with decision-makers (Directors, VPs, Procurement, HR, IT leaders). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience in a collaborative team environment with strong recruiting support. Ability to be a key driver in scaling the business and shaping our client portfolio. We are seeking a proven Business Development Manager (BDM) or Client Partner with an established network of clients. This individual will be responsible for opening new doors, securing MSAs, and positioning our company as a preferred vendor for IT talent.
About the Role
This role involves leveraging existing relationships with clients to generate new business and drive the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing relationships with clients to generate new business.
- Drive the full sales cycle : prospecting, relationship-building, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Secure direct vendor agreements / MSAs with mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill client needs quickly and effectively.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships that expand revenue streams.
