Overview
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with at least 5 years of experience to help us take our mission to the next level and revolutionize the world of recruitment.
Your mission is to be the key reference for our clients, identifying their needs and guiding them to achieve their recruitment and selection objectives, while ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and manage ongoing relationships.
Build trusted relationships and drive long-term collaboration.
Coach clients to maximize the use of our platform functionalities.
Analyze usage KPIs and define action plans to detect opportunities and improve adoption of the platform.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in coordination with Sales.
Anticipate potential incidents and propose proactive solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
Academic background : Studies in Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a technology / AI-related field.
Professional experience : At least 5 years in Customer Success or consulting roles, preferably in SaaS B2B companies or HR sector.
Key competencies :
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and identify client needs.
Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
Strong customer orientation and passion for helping others and achieving client success.
Teamwork orientation; prioritizes common goals over individual ones.
Fluent in English.
