Job Overview :
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to be our frontline ambassador for customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
This role is a perfect fit for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You\'ll be responsible for managing the entire customer support process, from initial inquiry to final resolution, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities :
Case Management & Resolution : Actively manage and close open cases by triaging inbound inquiries, driving case progression, and ensuring all issues are resolved quickly.
Proactive Communication : Keep customers informed and satisfied by providing frequent, clear, and professional updates before they have to ask.
Billing & Account Coordination : Efficiently solve billing concerns and prevent repeat issues.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate and complete case documentation in Salesforce and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal efficiency.
Team Collaboration : Work as a team player to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer service process.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
Experience : Proven ability to manage and close cases in a fast-paced environment.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written English skills with a clear and professional communication style.
You must be able to listen actively and communicate with empathy.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, analyze, and document information.
Technical Skills : Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, is highly valued.
Mindset : A strong customer service mindset and a great attitude.
