We are seeking a results-drivenBusiness Development Managerto lead client acquisition efforts and fuel growth in the logistics, packaging, and supply chain space.

Key Responsibilities :
Proactively source and develop new leads via cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
Qualify, prioritize, and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing.
Conduct consultative discovery to identify client pain points and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Lead pricing discussions, RFP responses, and contract negotiations with cross-functional support.
Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, IT, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) to manage and track sales activities and interactions.
Contribute to overall revenue growth and support expansion into new territories and verticals.
What You Bring :
Minimum of2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, packaging, or supply chain sectors.
Strong background in developing and closing new business opportunities.
Proven experience selling into theCPG, food, or beverageindustries is highly preferred.
Consultative selling approach with a track record of identifying pain points and creating value.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales technologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Additional Details :
Travel : Up to 50% as required for client visits and industry networking.
Work Environment : Combination of office-based, remote, and in-person client meetings.
