As of 2025 we have brought billions of dollars in credit to 15 million customers, doubling in the last two years while remaining strongly profitable and sustainable for the long term.This roleThe Operations Analyst- 1P Ecommerce is responsible for providing data-driven insights and operational automation to optimize the direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel, by focusing on building operational reports, creating automated workflows, analyzing customer funnel performance, managing inventory planning, and supporting pricing strategies through market analysis and AI-powered tools.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain all operational reports and dashboards for the 1P ecommerce channelCreate analytics reports to track customer funnel performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIsDevelop automated reporting for call center agent performance and operational metricsPerform inventory planning based on sales metrics and demand forecastingConduct market pricing analysis to support competitive pricing strategiesDesign and implement automated workflows using n8n for logistics, shipping, and customer communicationLeverage AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize operational processesCreate and maintain retargeting campaigns for funnel drop-off customersImplement automation solutions using various LLMs and AI platformsBuild automated data collection and processing workflowsWrite advanced SQL queries for complex data analysis and reportingCollaborate with product teams to prioritize bug fixes and feature improvementsMonitor and analyze customer behavior patterns using analytics platformsSupport pricing elasticity testing and promotional strategy analysisSupport A / B testing initiatives for funnel optimizationQualificationsCollege in related areas such as Business Administration, Communications or similar.2-3 years' experience with automation tools, particularly in workflow automation in mobile device financing, fintech, or ecommerce operations.Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data analysis and reporting, as well AI and prompt engineering expertise with various LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), PostHog, HEX, and / or Snowflake (strong plus).
