Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a fast-paced, consultative sales role focused on closing inbound leads via phone and CRM. Ideal candidates thrive in performance-driven environments, are empathetic communicators, and are committed to exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert pre-qualified inbound leads into clients
Conduct consultative sales calls in both English and Spanish
Explain complex legal services with clarity and empathy
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
Accurately maintain records and update lead status in the CRM
Demonstrate strong time management in a high-volume sales environment
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (phone sales preferred)
Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to commute to and work from our office in Mexico City
