• Job Description :
• The
• Data Analyst
• plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets to identify trends, solve business problems, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and has the technical expertise to work with databases, reporting tools, and visualization platforms.#
• Key Responsibilities :
• Data Collection & Management
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various internal and external sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, operational systems).
• Maintain and improve data quality, integrity, and accuracy through regular audits, reporting and data cleansing processes.
• Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows for repeatable analysis.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights related to business performance, customer behavior, operations, and market trends.
• Translate business requirements into data models and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support various teams including marketing, finance, operations, management, and product engineering.
• Business Collaboration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytical solutions that support strategic goals.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences through presentations, summaries, and visualizations.
• Make recommendations based on data-driven analysis to improve processes, increase revenue, or reduce costs.
• Data Governance & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company data governance policies.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, definitions, and methodology used in reporting and analysis.# #
• Qualifications :
• Education :
• Associates degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required).
• Experience :
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven track record of solving real-world problems using data-driven approaches.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and database systems (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake, etc.).
• Solid Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curiosity and passion for using data to tell stories and influence decisions.#
• Preferred Certifications :
• Microsoft Certified : Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
• SQL or Python certifications (e.g., from DataCamp, Coursera, or Udemy)#
• Working Conditions :
