Job Title : Financial Customer Solutions Specialist – Contact Center

Purpose :

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and financial solutions. The role focuses on managing accounts within the 0-30 day delinquency range, resolving inquiries, and implementing effective payment strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from Daimler Truck small business customers in the U.S.
• Provide efficient and empathetic service to address account concerns.
• Assess reasons for missed payments and offer solutions to regularize accounts.
• Perform skip tracing to locate clients and / or collateral using authorized methods.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

Note : This role is fully on-site in Santa Fe, Mexico City, which allows for closer collaboration and team integration.

Profile :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Languages : Full proficiency in English (C1-C2).

Experience : Minimum 1 year of customer-facing phone experience in collections.

Technical Skills : Basic to intermediate Excel skills.

Soft Skills :

Negotiation.
