Senior Transaction Services

Forvis Mazars is seeking a Senior Transaction Services professional.

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Senior to join our growing Transaction Services team at Forvis Mazars Mexico. In this role, you will lead financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, helping clients assess opportunities and risks across various industries.

You will work alongside our experienced professionals to deliver value-added insights, structure transactions effectively, and support clients throughout the full lifecycle of a deal, from initial evaluation to post-acquisition integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze the financial performance and operational results of target companies.
• Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE ) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers.
• Evaluate financial trends, normalize EBITDA, and identify potential post-transaction risks or synergies.
• Lead client meetings, support executive discussions, and maintain communication throughout engagements.
• Collaborate with international and local teams to deliver cross-border projects (U.S. and Mexico).
• Develop robust Excel models for financial analysis and valuation purposes.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support partners and managers in proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to M&A and due diligence.
