You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.Project Leadership & Management : Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and content projects. You will orchestrate agile sprints, manage timelines, and track deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and of high quality.Content Activation & Deployment : Oversee the technical deployment of content across various channels, including email and web. This includes using platforms like Knak and ensuring all content adheres to brand and governance guidelines.Quality Governance & Translation : Own the quality assurance process for all content. You will meticulously review grammatical errors and brand consistency while also translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging for a general audience.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including marketers, coding partners, and creative teams. You will manage expectations, facilitate teamwork, and ensure a seamless workflow to deliver all project assets efficiently.Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to the content workflow.
