Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.

This role is contributing to the NEMA Business in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Partners with stakeholders to develop customized solutions aligned with their objectives, leveraging expertise in ABB's digital solutions.
• Performs a variety of software engineering tasks such as development, testing, release, support and maintenance.
• Facilitates seamless integration of new and legacy systems, machines, sensors, and solutions into the IoT platform.
• Ensures all solutions are scalable and maintainable through design decisions and following business standards.
• Provides comprehensive support for all NEMA sites, both on-site and remotely, to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Assist in development of SAP Remote Function Calls (ABAP) and configuration changes to support the digital tools and technology team support portal.
• Designs, develops, and optimizes queries, stored procedures, and database tables to ensure efficient data retrieval and management for new solutions.
• Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvements, enabling adoption of emerging technologies.
