Descripción

Asegurar la correcta elaboración de los estados financieros bajo normas US GAAP.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los resultados esperados por la corporación.
Cumplir con regulaciones gubernamentales y requisitos SOX.
Presentar P&L y Balance Sheet al cierre mensual, explicando variaciones clave vs forecast / budget.
Presentar forecast de P&L y Balance Sheet.
Analizar y explicar variaciones de costos y su impacto en la rentabilidad.
Revisar y analizar cada línea del P&L para asegurar exactitud.
Asegurar la correcta conciliación de cuentas del P&L y Balance Sheet.
Gestionar la planta y supervisar áreas de Finanzas, Costos y Contabilidad.
Utilizar SAP para registro, control y reporte financiero.
Resolver problemas financieros y operativos de manera efectiva.
Definir prioridades y realizar análisis crítico de información para la toma de decisiones.

Perfil buscado

Finance professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles.

Expert in US GAAP and SOX compliance with strong knowledge of regulatory and corporate requirements.

Extensive experience in cost analysis, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet preparation with explanations of variances versus forecast / budget.

Proven track record managing teams in Finance, Cost Accounting, and Accounting, ensuring operational and financial efficiency.

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) for financial control, reporting, and process optimization.

Skilled in problem-solving, prioritization, and driving results with focus on ethics, values, and corporate compliance.

Experience in plant management, leading financial operations and supporting business decision-making.
