Descripción del trabajoManage income, expenses, journal entries, and monthly / annual closings Oversee CAPEX and fixed asset management, including evaluation and control Lead cost accounting and analyze production variances to optimize costs Own the plant's P&L, ensuring profitability and financial health Coordinate accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes Prepare weekly financial projections and support budget planning Drive productivity and efficiency improvements from a financial view Collaborate with teams to provide financial insights supporting operations Financial planning and cost accounting General accounting and CAPEX management Fixed assets and full P&L management Productivity efficiency and variance analysis Monthly and annual financial closings Advanced Excel skills required Experience with IMEX / maquila processes Bachelor's degree required 2-3 years as Controller in manufacturing or related industries Advanced English
