This role covers Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, requiring a proactive, results-driven professional who can manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping to build a strong team, ensuring efficient HR operations, and enhancing employee experience in alignment with Indie Campers' culture and values.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Recruitment & OnboardingManage and ensure the fulfillment of the regional headcount plan (Mexico, U.S., and Canada).
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.People Management & DevelopmentSupport and manage performance review cycles.Conduct a talent diagnosis for the America region by analyzing performance reviews and interviewing employees.HR Administration & ComplianceHandle employee admissions, terminations, and payroll support, ensuring zero administrative errors.Ensure compliance with labor laws and visa requirements across the region.Conduct HR research and maintain legal documentation.Process Optimization & HR ProjectsDevelop and implement an America Region HR Playbook, including key processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.Execute HR projects, such asactivity planning for area managers.Ensure that all routine HR processes run smoothly.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must-have qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-6 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws for Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.Experience inrecruitment, payroll support, and employee relations.Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Fluency inEnglish mandatory.Nice-to-have qualifications : Experience inhigh-growth, fast-paced environments.Tech-savvy and data-driven approach to HR.Experience intravel, hospitality, mobility, or e-commerce industries.Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).
