Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology‑driven projects, bridging engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. The role requires a blend of project‑management discipline and a functional understanding of technical concepts. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, track risks, manage timelines, and help bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, timeline management, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans, milestones, and documentation.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blocking issues—driving timely resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision‑making sessions with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and the client’s business objectives.
• Monitor progress, adjust priorities, and maintain strong control of scope and timelines.
• Create and maintain project documentation : requirements, dashboards, reports, SOPs, and post‑mortems.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, optimizing processes and delivery methods.
