Purchasing Specialist :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Order Specialist to support our operations team. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, and issuing purchase orders in alignment with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support additional operational tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Issue purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet customer requirements for timeliness and quality.
- Organize and maintain the sourcing board database to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Manage and participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support additional tasks such as preparing reports, tracking key metrics, and assisting with documentation and process improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
