Purchasing Specialist
Ensure that subcontractors are compliant with established policies related to the execution of work, we shall do so in a way that is consistent with our charter to be the subject matter experts, to help guide them through challenges and to simplify the onboarding processes which can often be challenging.
Description
Core responsibilities and duties :
- Subcontractor Safety Vetting process
- Identifying opportunity areas with active subcontractors.
- Ongoing monitoring of subcontractors and documentation
- Onboard Subcontractors ensuring compliance of internal Procurement, Legal, EHS and Risk Management Policies
