Logistics Executive

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients with high import / export potential, building and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM, and conducting weekly in-person and digital meetings with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and prospect new clients with high import / export potential.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM.
• Conduct weekly in-person and digital meetings with clients and prospects.
• Manage a personal portfolio with a focus on growth, retention, and cross-selling.
• Prepare customized commercial proposals (quotations, rates, integrated solutions).
• Lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers (logistics, procurement, supply chain, management).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in USD and cargo volume.
• Coordinate with operational teams (air, sea, road) to ensure smooth service implementation.
• Attend logistics trade shows, events, and networking activities.
