Your Job Our Team We are a manufacturing department that applies lean manufacturing principles while also handling responsibilities related to systems integration for process automation. This includes transferring assembly lines for two main units within our company : the commercial unit with clients in the automotive and consumer goods sectors, and our Medical unit. What You Will Do - Design the layout of manufacturing equipment to ensure the most efficient and productive distribution. - Design the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for manufacturing products and applicable equipment, and adapt machinery according to factory conditions. - Provide guidance to product design engineering regarding technical specifications that will best utilize manufacturing equipment and techniques. - Design the sequence of assembly operations and equipment layout for an efficient assembly process. - Be responsible for conducting all instructional, validation, documentation, and training processes for assembly lines in the medical sector (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ). - Participate in cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze feasibility, and propose solutions that meet customer needs. - Design and develop necessary systems for assembly automation and secondary processes. - Provide technical support to the multidisciplinary team concerning new technologies and automation. - Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment (Support to the maintenance team). - Be responsible for defining manufacturing processes, production times, and costs of equipment necessary for manufacturing and automation (Role : Subject Matter Expert) (Support to the cost estimation team). Who You Are (Basic Requirements) - Completed Engineering degree with experience in manufacturing companies. - Experience in medical projects, transfer of assembly lines for the medical sector (knowledge in assembly lines and automation). - Experience with global suppliers. - Teamwork, communication, problem-solving. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S. - Advanced English (conversational). - Valid visa and passport.
